Hello, I am a user of ros-bot China, account: wk0617, email: [email protected], registered on: 2018/4/15. I used to pay to use ros-bot in 2018, but I couldn’t start ros-bot for unknown reasons, and then I didn’t continue to use it. Recently, after learning about more agents in China, I purchased a premium key through an agent in China today (2020/12/14) and used it again, but the system prompts: "Service denied. If you want to know why, please contact We contact". I learned that our account was blocked through the agent in China. I want to know the reason and whether it can be unblocked? thank you for your reply.

You do not need to post more than one post about the same topic .. and as you already would have noticed: no help about that message in the forum (you could have get that answer already if you have used the search function or read through the forum)
