just check out google. they offer VM cloud hosted too. Very cheap. And the best is. You get like 200 or 300 Dollar free for the first 12 months. Your plan will not automatically be renewed. Compare all offers you get with the Google offer. google is really good price/performance! Happy hunting.

The Guide is really good but maybe its just me but I get really low FPS even with optimized settings and a higher server tier. Maybe someone who is also using his guide can PM me and give me a hint on whats the problem

How you connect to server? with rdp ? maybe it is just remote desktop problem

Try to restart the machine a few times and check the perfomance after every restart. Sometimes you can catch a weak host.

You can always upgrade to a more powerfull machine aswell.
