Hi,
Our service provider performed a batch of server migration last night (Europe time).
Our went wrong, took a long time and the server didn't reboot
This implied a 7 hours service interruption. We apologize for inconvenience.
In consequence to that interruption of service, we will increase all licenses by one day
Another issue affected us yesterday, about coins not being received due to orders status not being updated properly.
If ever you experience this issue, please post in site issues sub-forum
